Great place to buy an RV, camper or toyhauler! Clay Adams helped us out and was the best! No pushy salesman here! They are all about customer service and will treat you right! We had been to several RV dealers shopping for a travel trailer and then saw Rowley White on our way home so stopped in to see what they might have and are very glad we did. We had a bunch of issues with our new toyhauler on our first outing. Some were "normal" issues when sorting out a new RV, but some were design issues with the manufacturer. It took some time, but Clay at Rowley White worked with the manufacturer to address some of the problems under warranty, and also just went ahead and fixed the other issues rather than drag the process out. Customer service is amazing. Roy and his team at the Phoenix location made purchasing an RV an amazing experience. They were patient with us, no pressure, they were extremely knowledgeable about RV’s, friendly and respectful. His team did a legitimate walk through of the camper, making sure we had a good understanding of the unit before driving away. They have since answered our calls to help walk us through figuring out some of the newer features of the RV we purchased. We took our 2020 Toy Hauler in for a roof repair. The roof membrane was pulling out form under the molding, requiring patching or replacement. Even though our trailer was outside the 12 month warranty period and we are second owners Kenny, at the Mesa Arizona location, submitted a warranty claim to the Forest River manufacturer in Rialto California. The response from Forest River was to have the "customer call them". We did and Forest River customer service offered to replace the roof free of charge if we would drive the trailer out to them. I was waiting on a quote from another repair place (I'd work with before finding them) on a new fresh water tank, and I fainted when I got the bid. Rowley did it for $600 less! YES!
I bought the tank, but I included that in the equation.
So I can say the pricing is very fair.
And they helped me understand things as a total newbie- very patient as well.
They also installed Boogie Lights for me and they rock.
I say book an appointment and get in line... don't get ripped off.

We had a very positive experience with Rowley White (Mesa).
Robbie Eggers was AWESOME, so attentive to our questions before, during and after our purchase.
We originally went to look at a used toy hauler but weren't totally sold on it. Robbie showed us a new Vortex by Genesis and were sold on it immediately.
There was no high pressure sales, totally up front about everything. They gave us a fair price for the new 5th wheel and a fair trade in value for our class A diesel pusher.
We probably spent 2 1/2 hours doing the walk through and all of the staff were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and were very patient as we were new to having a 5th wheel.
